Before joining SWE-DISH, Gerow was with U.S. Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR), where he gained extensive experience in the deployment and operation of advanced communications systems. Prior to SOCEUR, Gerow served as a program manager at U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and as an engineer with the Naval Air Warfare Center. Gerow had served as senior vice president of SWE-DISH's U.S.-based operations since joining the company in 2003.
