Thomas B. Dyer
 Executive Chairman

Tom Dyer is executive chairman of DataPath’s board of directors. He served as the company’s CEO from February to December 2007. Prior to being appointed DataPath’s CEO, Mr. Dyer was president and CEO of Dyer Enterprises, Inc., a management consulting firm. His corporate career includes executive positions with Techsonic Industries, a leading electronics company which he joined in 1978. Mr. Dyer also held management positions with AT&T. After graduating from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in 1967, Mr. Dyer served in Vietnam from 1969 to 1970 on the staff of the Military Assistance Command/Vietnam, and as an aide to the commander of U.S. Forces in Vietnam. During his military service, he received the Army Commendation Medal, the Bronze Star Medal and two Joint Services Commendation Medals. Mr. Dyer is chairman emeritus of the board of trustees of the Association of Graduates (AOG) of West Point. He was elected to the board of trustees of the Academy’s AOG in 1990. He later served as its chairman and CEO, and as chairman of the West Point Fund Committee. During his elected affiliation with the Academy, he secured more than $600 million in private and government funding for the institution. Mr. Dyer received the Secretary of the Army Public Service Award, the Secretary of the Army Outstanding Civilian Citizen Award, and the prestigious Distinguished Graduate Award from the AOG in recognition of his service to West Point. Mr. Dyer serves as the civilian aide for the secretary of the Army for South Florida.
