Colbert Cannon is a managing director in charge of private investments for Glenview Capital Management, a privately-owned multi-strategy investment firm. In this role he directs the private investment team, coordinating activities with public investments professionals in New York and London.

Prior to joining Glenview Capital, Mr. Cannon served as a principal at Audax Group, a private equity fund, where he led a number of multi-million dollar acquisitions. From 1997 to 2001, he held a variety of positions with Goldman Sachs & Co., including an associate role in the mergers and acquisitions group. He also held financial analyst roles at Goldman Sachs that allowed him to advise clients on mergers and acquisitions and participate in real estate investment transactions. Mr. Cannon serves on the boards of Endgame Entertainment, Intermedix, SiteScout™ and ANTONE Wireless.
