Glenn Sturm, Esq. is a partner with Atlanta-based Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, where he practices corporate and technology law. Additionally, Mr. Sturm practices securities law, representing investment banks, technology companies, private equity funds and emerging growth companies.
Mr. Sturm is a member of the American Bar Association and its Committee
on Federal Regulation of Securities and the 33 Securities Act
Subcommittee, and the Atlanta Bar Association. He is also a member of
the Florida Bar and the State Bar of Georgia. His career has included
founding and taking public Netzee (NASDAW:NETZ), an Internet
banking-enabling company; serving on the corporate boards of directors
of InterCept, Inc. (ICPT), WebMD, Inc. (WBMD) and Private Business, now
known as Goldleaf Financial Solutions (GFSI); and holding executive
positions at American Hospital Supply. He is a member of the U.S. Army
Reserve, where he has served since 1980 after four years of active
duty. In addition, Mr. Sturm is a member of the national council of the
Boy Scouts of America, and the executive board of the Atlanta Area
Council of the Scouts and is a trustee of the Levin College of Law at
the University of Florida.
